Welcome to Inside Success Union C.I.C, a hub of opportunity for young people. Here we are dedicated to changing lives by creating real opportunities for young people to grow, learn and thrive. We believe in empowering the youth to build confidence, discover their potential, and take the reins of their futures. We help young adults exercise their ambition, by creating opportunities and a supportive pathway into the world of work. Additionally, we pride ourselves in giving them the space to develop the tools they need to succeed both personally and professionally. 

About Inside Success Union C.I.C: Who are we? 

Inside Success Union C.I.C. is a social enterprise based in East London, Stratford. We work with 16-24-year-olds as part of our commitment to empower young people in jobs training and education, as well as create meaningful pathways into personal growth. The purpose of our mission is to support individuals facing social barriers by providing them with opportunities. Additionally, we help young people build confidence, develop life skills and take charge of their futures. 

We aim to create real, lasting impact that will change the trajectory of young people’s future. We offer practical work experiences, job opportunities, training programs, workshops, and courses, as well as tailored support. This is all to provide young people with the necessary support to be leaders in the real world. We believe that no matter a young person’s background or circumstances, they deserve a chance to succeed. Thus, we pride ourselves in creating an inclusive and supportive space where individuals can unlock their potential and tap into their ambitions. 

But we expand our focus on more than just employment. We want the young people here to feel heard and valued. Thus we nurture personal development, resilience and leadership. We give young people the chance to really grow within the organisation, to equip them with the confidence and skills to move onto their next chapters in life. Additionally, we work closely with communities, employers, other companies and organisations, and support services to create opportunities that lead to long-term success. 

Lastly, we are driven by the belief that when young people are given the opportunity to flourish, combined with the right tools, guidance and opportunities, they have the capability of changing their own lives for the better. Additionally, they help build stronger, more hopeful communities.

Job Openings through our Youth Vending Programme

Inside Success supports the youth as they transition into adult life by encouraging independence. Our youth vending programme gives young people the opportunity to learn sales skills by selling magazines to the public. The money made goes into funding workshops, courses and training. 

We understand that currently the job market is the worst it’s ever been. Many young people are struggling to find jobs simply because they don’t have the experience. Companies are slowing down hiring or not willing to bring in young people at all. But here at Inside Success, we welcome any young person with open arms. Your lack of experience doesn’t matter to us; in fact, you don’t even need a CV! As long as you’re enthusiastic and willing, Inside Success for certain has a job opening for you. 

Volunteering and Work Experience Opportunities

Here at Inside Success, we want to support young people in the early stages of their careers as much as possible. Thus we offer volunteering and work experience opportunities. 

If you’re a young writer with an interest in journalism and storytelling, our digital magazine publication is a great opportunity to showcase your talent. We are always looking for fresh voices to share ideas and create content that inspires others. It’s also a chance to build your portfolio and have your work showcased on a growing platform.

However you may be into events. Here at Inside Success we hold multiple, whether it’s for our comedy show We Got Jokes or music events in support of our MySound platform. Inside Success is always looking for fresh young ideas to improve our events and cater them to our young audience. 

Or maybe you are seeking to venture into the entertainment space. We offer filmmaking opportunities to young people to support their passions. Or maybe you’re an aspiring musician. Our music platform, Mysounds, gives young artists the space to have their music heard and advertised by our street vendor team.

Inside Success Union C.I.C offers counselling services. 

At Inside Success we understand that mental health is an ongoing crisis amongst young people. Therefore, we make an attentive effort to prioritise this. We offer free counselling sessions to all our youth workers. This ensures that they feel supported and heard. Additionally, we want them to know that they have someone to talk to if they’re dealing with any kind of struggles. 

Too many young voices go unheard, and too many young minds are left to suffer in silence. Inside Success makes a conscious effort to ensure that this is no longer the case.
