What people believe is shaped by the world they grew up in. People who were born between 1928 and 1945 are traditionalists. They value rules, loyalty, and safety because they lived through the Great Depression and World War II. Baby Boomers, people born between 1946 and 1964, want to do well in their jobs and work hard. Their main goals were to buy houses and save money for retirement. People from Generation X, born between 1965 and 1980, like having freedom and balancing work and home life. They want to do things they enjoy and spend time with people they care about.
People born between 1981 and 1996 are millennials. They care about mental health and working together. They want to help other people and want jobs that make a difference. Gen Z, born between 1997 and 2012, cares about being honest, fair, and caring for the environment. They know how to use technology well because they grew up with it. Generation Alpha, which includes people born after 2013, is still growing, but they already live in a world full of new technology and creative ideas. As they age, they will probably value learning and developing new ideas.
