Introduction
In the heart of London, Inside Success gathered for the REFLECT 2023. It was held by RS Components, and witnessed the intelligent minds of many individuals ignited a spark to reverberate the corridors of STEM. Inside Success, a beacon for diversity and inclusion, proudly participated in REFLECT 2023. The event sought to inspire and empower young people from diverse ethnic backgrounds to embark on careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Reccaping the Event
The event was a testament to the power of human connection and the transformative potential of education. It was a groundbreaking fusion of in-person and online experiences. Our delegation composed of seasoned professionals and eager young attendees aged 16-25. It truly was privileged to witness a tapestry of inspiring stories and groundbreaking achievements.
From the stage, a constellation of accomplished individuals, including Mohammad Taher, Krystina Pearson-Rampeearee, Ama Frimpong, and Navjot Sawhney, shared their personal journeys, their triumphs over adversity, and their current endeavors at the forefront of innovation. Their words, infused with passion and authenticity, resonated deeply with the audience, igniting a sense of possibility and purpose.

Inside Success attended the event with our young representatives, aged 16-25. Together, we had the privilege of hearing from inspirational role models who shared their personal journeys, and challenges they’ve overcome, and the groundbreaking projects they’re currently engaged in, providing invaluable insights and inspiration.

The Inspiring Guest Speakers
In terms of the panel talk they had :
Mohammad Taher, helps aviation brands bring to life their roles and operations using the power of short, sharp and engaging video content for social media. Over the past few years, Mohammad has built an online community of over 500,000 people on social media where he educates about the aviation industry and engineering.
Krystina Pearson-Rampeearee, who owns and runs a small business, AviateHer, selling a collection of pin badges to showcase the diversity in STEM and donating part of the proceeds to various charities.She is very passionate about volunteering, mentoring and promoting a career in STEM to young people via virtual/ in person talks and social media content
Ama Frimpong, Is a multi-award winning engineer with a multidisciplinary background leading innovative medical device development. She won an award IET Young Woman Engineer of the Year 2022 and is known for being a mentioned Top 50 Women in Engineering 2022.
And lastly Navjot Sawhney, shared his journey is deeply rooted in resilience and a desire to make a difference. He created the innovative Divya washing machines project that has reached almost 30,000 people in India, Iraq, Lebanon, the United States, Mexico, and Uganda.
