Bobby Kasanga is the founder of the Lon no don leading community football club, Hackney Wick FC.
But before all of this, Kasanga led a life of crime
He spent nearly 8 years in prison for armed robbery. While in prison, he wrote 2 books: The life I live not the life I chose: part 1 and the life I live not the life I chose: part 2, in addition to getting a degree in criminology from the Open University.
His mission after his release
When he was released, he was determined to help young people so they could avoid making the same mistakes he made, so he started a football club to help inspire talented young players.
